Features on a face
Read the manual page| Screw holes | M2 to M5 with clearance, counterbores and countersinks, through or blind. |
|---|---|
| Heat-set inserts and nut pockets | Sized for the screw you pick. |
| Bearing seats | Press-fit pockets for catalogue bearings such as 608 or 625. |
| Screw-hole patterns | Grids like 2 × 2 M3 at 20 × 25 mm, with optional ±mm slots for adjustment. |
| Connector cutouts | USB-A, USB-C, Micro-USB, USB-B, RJ45, HDMI, D-sub, DC jack, GX12/GX16, Weipu SP and square-flange panel connectors, in rows and grids. |
| Vent holes | Slots, rectangles or circles filling a rectangular or round area, with the open area shown. |
| Text | Raised or engraved lettering on any flat face. |
Editing parts
Read the manual page| Resize and move holes | Click a hole or rectangular opening in an imported STL and type the new size, depth included. |
|---|---|
| Round and chamfer edges | Pick an edge, set the radius. |
| Stretch and cut | Make a part longer, or cut it at a height like a slicer does. |
| Bend | Curl a whole part into an arc and cup it across, keeping its thickness: leaves, curved covers, grips. |
| Bridge and fill | Fill the gap between two parts, or fill an opening and cut it back deeper. |
| Negative parts | Any part can cut into the parts it overlaps. |
| Assemble, merge or intersect | Keep parts separate in a group, join them into one solid, or keep only where they overlap. |
| Round all the edges | Rounded boxes and cylinders; round the corners and top and bottom edges of any sketch. |
| Colours | Colour parts and pick materials (glass, rubber, metal…) so a model reads at a glance. |
| On the bed, like a slicer | Turned parts stay on the bed; Lay flat finds the flat faces; type "rotate 180". |
| History | Every edit stays editable and can be undone. |
Parts library
Read the manual page| Gears | Spur, helical, herringbone, bevel and ring gears, and racks. |
|---|---|
| Drives | Planetary gearsets and cycloidal drives as separate printable parts, with a bill of materials. |
| Hinges | Print-in-place or pin hinges, screwed on or fused to your parts. |
| Electronics | BTT Manta M8P and HDMI7, Raspberry Pi 4/5, Zero 2 W and Pico, Arduino UNO Q, UNO and Mega, ESP32 boards or your own, on their standoffs; one click cuts insert holes, printed standoffs or through holes into the part below. |
Sketch
Read the manual page| 2D sketching | Draw shapes, turn lines into arcs, then extrude or revolve them into a part. |
|---|---|
| Ribs | Open lines become raised, tapering ribs on top: a leaf's spine and veins, or stiffening ribs. |
Made for your printer
Read the manual page| Printer profiles | Bed size, nozzle and hole compensation per printer; parts too big for the bed are flagged. |
|---|---|
| Fit test | Print one small test piece to measure the hole compensation your printer needs. |
| Export | STL of one part flat on the bed, a laid-out print plate, or the whole assembly. |
| Command bar | Type "M3 countersink 6 deep" or "608 bearing seat" (English or Finnish) then click where it goes. |
|---|---|
| Watch Claude build it | Connect Claude (MCP) with one sign-in or an API key: it works in your open tab, live, and every step it takes can be undone. With no tab open it works on a server copy and saves the project for you. |
| Lofts, silhouettes and blades | Claude can loft through cross-sections (fuselages, twisted rotor blades from NACA airfoils), shape a body from side and top views, mirror and pattern parts. |
Cloud and teams
Read the manual page| Cloud projects | Save and open from any browser; every save is kept as a version. |
|---|---|
| Organizations | Invite your team, set admins and members; everyone shares the projects. |
| Two-step sign-in | Authenticator apps and security keys such as YubiKey, with backup codes. |
| Stored in the EU | Project data and files are kept in Frankfurt and Stockholm. |
